Each pre-loved book is carefully assessed so you know exactly what to expect. As second-hand items, some signs of age or handling are natural, but we’ll always note anything significant.

1 Like New

A beautifully kept copy with little to no visible wear.

  • Crisp pages, no markings
  • Spine tight and uncreased
  • No noticeable flaws

Feels just like buying new.

2 Well Kept

A well-cared-for book with only minor signs of use.

  • Light shelf wear or faint creasing
  • Pages clean and intact
  • No major marks, tears, or damage

A lovely copy with minimal wear.

3 Gently Loved

A readable, gently used copy with some visible wear.

  • May include creasing, small marks, or light tanning
  • Possible name or small inscription inside
  • All pages present and intact

Still a great read, just a little lived in.
