Shipping
We aim to have orders received before 11am packed and shipped out same day however this may not always be possible, especially during busy periods. Please allow us 1–3 business days to get tracking details to you.
Delivery times vary based on your location within Australia.
International shipping is not currently available. We are looking into this and hope to offer this option in the near future.
Click & Collect
Pick up is available from Helensvale, Queensland by selecting this option at checkout. You will be contacted by email once your order is available for collection.
Changes/Cancelations
It may be possible to make changes to your order if it has not yet been packed. Please contact our team ASAP to discuss options available. We kindly request any requests be made by email, fatedfiction@outlook.com
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Our orders are packed with love and care and we take every possible precaution to make sure your books arrive to you in perfect condition. Unfortunately, minor imperfections can occur in transit.
Should you be unhappy with the condition you order arrives in, please reach out to us within 2 business days of receipt of your order with photos and explanation of the issue. We kindly request all requests be by email, fatedfiction@outlook.com
General
Will sold out books be restocked? We specialise in limited edition and special edition books, some may not return. Should we not be able to restock a title we will aim to remove the listing as soon as possible from our site. Books we are able to restock will show our “contact me when back in stock” form, once complete, you will be notified by email as soon as stock hits the store.
